Women's Bodybuilding seminar
Fit Body Promotions joined with Muscletalk to host a female Bodybuilding seminar. Featuring British Champions Rene Campbell, Lisa Cross and Renata Sulekaite. It was attendend by established and aspiring female competitors with advice on training, diet, a focused workout and posing practice! Cannot wait to see how all the attendees get on with their competitions this year!
