Ken Nowicki
In the past year, Ken Nowicki has become a prominent figure on the UK strongman scene. He first began competing in the sport in early summer 2006 at the tender age of 17 and last year saw him win Scotland’s Strongest Man, Junior UK’s Strongest Man and also finish 2nd at UK’s Strongest Man. In March 2012, he placed 7th at the Amateur World Championships in Columbus Ohio and will be representing Scotland at Europe’s Strongest Man 2012 this summer.
When not competing, Ken contributes his own time to a local charity to which he is the proud ambassador and enjoys spending time with the children. He is no stranger to being in front of the camera during competitions which are broadcast nationwide , becoming a familiar household name and face, led on to the popular demand of Ken to work alongside various companies for modelling, television work and special guest appearances at worldwide know sports events.
